DJ Premier Appreciation

Post by djacroama » Thu Feb 11, 2010 8:29 pm

The man is a fucking legend! Most of the beats he's done are spot on and love nothing better than maxing with a zoot to his stuff.

I've recently been rinsing New York Reality Check 101 & Premier Cuts.

Also managed to cop some of his instrumental albums so going to mashup a beatape for some of my mates to freestyle to, although i havent spun hip hop in 4/5 years so it'll fun to re-learn it.

Mos Def - Mathmatics and Big L - Ebonics are 2 of my current faves

Agreed 100%, 9th wonder is seriously sick. Gotta say that Pete rock is my favourite. Rza, Havoc and Organized noise are worth a mention too
