Smashment mix - Stormfield
Working at a slower, heavier pace than the usual razor edged electro dubstep mashups, this Smashment mix is based on a set played just before Vex'd's live set at the Interakt Megarave in London, December 2006. Designed to slow the room down before the next sonic headcharge, it's a snarling, gritty blend of low frequency bass and beats, nodding at old techy jungle influences, mashed up with ragga bashment and industrial hip hop in a 2006 style.
