Records on Ebay,

Post by ohmydays » Fri Mar 12, 2010 11:17 am

Sorry if this has been asked before i did try searching first.

How good is Ebay in terms of selling records? i know ebay is generally hit or miss but i was wondering if anyone has any input.

Also if i have about 100 records would it be best to put them up at once, or in groups of 10 similar records, i assume if i was selling individually i may as well use Discogs.

I am just not too sure of the best way, i just need to more space and money for other records so both time and money are a factor.

I assume if i wasn't fussed about time i should use discogs as i would have thought i would get fairer price there.

Any help is much appreciated, and even cheaper records to anyone that helps :D

Discogs.co.uk is the way forward mate!

Edit: Just noticed you dont want to use discogs as it would take too long. I would say put em up together

persoanlly id sell em in packs of record labels... i.e SUBSOL004-010 or w.e.

Letting people pick and mix from a selection takes it ages to shift it..
or just sell the lot as a package ;p
I do artwork..

Just sell em here! No fees.

Check the buy sell trade thread in snh. People do use it.
