DKR002mp3 – The ForwarDub EP
The Dub Force is strong with these tracks, but they can be described in many ways as well: experimental electronica, ambient, electro-jazz, idm flavoured minimal techno… Or just the free musical expression.
Alien Pimp & Aleena – On’n’On (Dub Mix)
After the dancefloor smasher Robots and Cellos, Alien Pimp, the head of DubKraft Rec., teams up with Aleena and flips the record delivering a very ambiental dubstep tune with jazzy elements and spacey sounds that will float you to the above cloud no matter how high you are…
Preponderance - Inside the Mushroom Cloud
This guy is above the law when it comes about music skills and creativity. Involved in too many projects to count, dealing with sound as easy and relaxed as Bush signs a declaration of war, Sweden based Preponderance wipes off the border between dubstep/IDM/minimal electro.
Misk – The Deep Ones
Though a relative newcomer to the scene, Misk has spent many years honing his production skills in the studio. By combining his love for outlandish sound design with an unhealthy interest in rhythm and atmospheres, this southern Californian producer is pushing sonic boundaries. Be on the lookout for him in 2007 as he continues to push tunes that define his original sound!
Mis.Vein – Dry-Tones
DubKraft happily supports this Japanese producer’s disrespect for musical standards! This track sounds like Darth Vader and Burial shared a spliff in Jean Michel Jarre’s studio. Enough said!

MIXMAG - January 2007 issue:
"We can forgive the slightly embarrassing cracked English title, as Romania’s first dubstep release contains some impressively tidy productions. Ka’s ‘Oil Man’ is the dubbiest, with real-sounding drums and some ringing techno chords, while Alien Pimp’s ‘Robots & Cellos’ has a gnarlier, junglist-sounding bassline and cellos playing a distinctly Eastern European-sounding melody line. It’s crunchy, high-tech stuff, and a reminder that Romania isn’t all headscarves and horse-carts." (Joe Muggs)
EMALKAY - Morphic Sounds/Boka Records:
" 'Robots and Cellos' is a right banger. It's one of those tracks that you could listen to all the way through, yet you know it'll go down well at any dubstep rave. Yea mon, can't get enough of those cellos. Devastating!
'Oil Man' is twisted, but in a good way. The sub on it is monsterous, I'm liking the whole dubby appeal to this, especially when you've got crazy sfx poppin out all over the place. It's like dub with tourettes.

But yea, overall I'm feelin em both but I have to say Robots and Cellos is the one for me."
TYRANT – Kursed, Airtight, Influential, Knite Force/Breed, Def Wish:
“Absolutely love the first DubKraft release!”
CONSPIRA – Radio Zero, Portugal:
“It's a really good release for this new label.
Amazing production, Romania is revealing its treasures!”
DJ 2000F (aka Obeah) - Kraken Recordings/OHOI!/Pressing Issue Recordings:
"Ka: "Oil Man" - A truly heavy and atmospheric tune - I like it deep, dark and evil, and "Oil Man" is definitely lives up to these criterias.
Alien Pimp: "Robots and cellos" - Been a fan of the Alien Pimp for quite some time now. Robots and Cellos is worth the wait - mental bass and strings + staggering synth lines with reminisce of old hardcore rave sounds.
Big release, and congrats to the dark sounds of Eastern Europe!"
Also thanks for the massive support we got from the likes of: HINDZY D, FORENSICS, 8BIT….
