Wicked new 'dubstep' sound / producer

Post by oc1gam » Tue Mar 30, 2010 10:46 pm

Younger brother of Nu:tone and Logistics (dnb fame) I think the Anti Social, Joker heads will be feeling this but give it a listen - he has lots more to come and a mix we will be putting up shortly. Production is stupidly good and there's a lot of variety coming out of his speakers to hear soon...

edit: interview and mix now up on Media Contender - http://mediacontender.com/2010/04/03/ba ... e-all-mix/

It's not 'new' or amazingly good but it does sound promising, unless my ears deceive me.. but that is my subjective opinion but then again you're subjective opinion on sounding like Joker sounds pretty accurate so what would I know?

I mean nothing is for everyone, but I think he's coming in with a slightly unique style and sound which has some melodic sides but also some more darker styles like battlefield. I've not heard anything like machine in the garden before so I said new sound but that is a bold statement so Id love to hear of similar artists and what people think of the music, nothing too serious. Obviously there are only 4 tracks up right now but I think as the others come to light soon people will enjoy them.

I'm a fan of this, and the fact that he's the 5th in the Cambridge 4, if he is talented, he'll surely have no problem getting noticed.

I picked up on Battlefield too, probably my fave of the four.. and I suppose 'Machine..' has something different with the country (? bluegrass?) samples half-way.
