I like this track.

I don't even see how it can be called brostep. There's a lot of different rythyms going on, it's not just noise for the sake of it.

Good tune.

this.

Read rob sparx's rant, then listen to this track, then realize that none of his ranting is applicable.

Though I don't really think Rob Sparx has the end all opinion on what is or isn't cliche jumpup/brostep/wibblewobble (Why can't we just call it wibblewobble?!) I agree, this song has alot going on and has alot of 8 bit sort of noises as well. It's no defined by it's brutalness or anything, it's just a more jump up tune.

BTW when the haters are the cliche.... this is when we find God

IMHO it's funny when every fuckin' opinion people have is to the extreme -

"THIS IS THA BEST EVARRR!"

"THIS SONG IS SO TERRIBUL IT MAKES BABY JESUS CRY. I QUIT DUBSTEP!"

The tune is... eh. It's ok. It's got a decent progression, the mix isn't the greatest [to my ears.] It's listenable but not a standout.

Besides, who cares what other people like or dislike? There are lots of 'name' artists who dig other artists I hate; it doesn't mean you have to like what they like and hate what they hate.

Sounds alright, it's just that fucking whiney sound I hate. Starts well, then the usual Dr. P-ness.

This 100x over. Listen to what you like. As for the tune, it's not my thing, Doctor P has a tendency to use the similar whistling sound in a lot of his songs.

I think that whistling bass is a type of trademark sound for Doctor P. Datsik uses the same bass patch all the time, I thought it slightly annoying at first but, come to think of it as a "Trademark" sound made me dig it. When you hear that sound, you can immediately identify that it's their track. Doesn't mean they have to use it the whole song or anything, and Doctor P only uses the whistle for a few notes in this tune at that. :i:
