Someone else posted something similar not so long ago. Your best bet would be to upload in HD, 720p should be ample. There's not a whole lot else you can do tbh as youtube compresses the videos once you upload them. In movie maker once you go to create the video a window will appear asking what resolution you want to upload to, just select 720p and let it make the video. May take a while to upload to youtube as the video file will be quite larger (around 60mb).

Good luck! :t:

Oh and i'll add my production channel once i've made it haha, no point adding my old one.

if you're using movie maker you can also publish straight to youtube, i have no idea if it selects the optimal settings when you do that but you'd imagine it would

Yeah you can, although i don't recommend as it's not as high quality as uploading in HD. Just remember to delete the video file from your comp when your done if you don't need it. After a while, a loada 60mb files takes up a lot of hard disk space :?

I'm sure I used a converter to change the file type before uplaoding my only video to youtube but this was the quality (or lack of) sound quality:

<iframe src="/forum/video.php?url=%3Cobject%20width=%22480%22%20height=%22385%22%3E%3Cparam%20name=%22movie%22%20value=%22http%3A//www.youtube.com/v/MdzTos1zEqI&hl=en_GB&fs=1&%22%3E%3C/param%3E%3Cparam%20name=%22allowFullScreen%22%20value=%22true%22%3E%3C/param%3E%3Cparam%20name=%22allowscriptaccess%22%20value=%22always%22%3E%3C/param%3E%3Cembed%20src=%22http://www.youtube.com/v/MdzTos1zEqI&hl=en_GB&fs=1&%22%20type=%22application/x-shockwave-flash%22%20allowscriptaccess=%22always%22%20allowfullscreen=%22true%22%20width=%22480%22%20height=%22385%22%3E%3C/embed%3E%3C/object%3E" frameborder="0" style="overflow:hidden; height:auto; max-width:540px"></iframe>

Can't see the vid :( instead of posting the embeded URL just post the URL on its own

e.g. :D
