Indeed.

I'd add:

Skar (www.myspace.com/djsk4r)
Alchemyst
Saviour
Mezzdub (i think he's seriously underated) (http://www.myspace.com/mezzdub)
Mate
Gaz
Janner (http://www.myspace.com/jannerdubs)
.....

They're from my camp as well as Skar is, lees known but also good, so when you see the names ShineOne (http://www.myspace.com/neshione) and Slim-T (http://www.myspace.com/djslimti) you can expect some good dubstep.

If it's about djing, i think the best you can get are Bunzee, Phonetics, Skar, Gaz, Mezzdub, Kastor & Dice
Subroadcast every tuesday from 10pm to 0.30am (Belgian time) on http://www.run.be/ (écoute la RUN) => Dubstep, Jungle, Electro, Acid, Hip-Hop,...

Really don't want to promote our selves but yeah my friend and me are doin things in this scene aswell, got our own gig called 'CAUTION' comin in september for 2nd edition with Soul Sinners in Ghent.
our names are "Imune & Lucky7".

For the rest we have a good scene here in Ghent with the ones from After 12 like Mate and Fudge + we have Rotation founded by Gaz.
So there, 3 big parties in Ghent city in dubstep area with all good founders/dj's.

I'd recommend:

Bunzer0
Phonetics
Grimelock
Goldorak&Solpher
Mezzdub
Cal&Sikey

Not about whose tunes are the best or who's the most well known but about which dj can definitely get a party started imo.
Have heard mad sets/crowd goin loco by all the above. :)
