Powers Of Time
Fascinating video.
Its amazing how much of an impact our attitude to time has.
Its quite true; If we all understood each others time perspective we could avoid alot of conflict.

Re: Powers Of Time
Wow, that was really interesting and the video was made really well.
Re: Powers Of Time
Yea that was really interesting, makes alot of sense too. The video really reminds me of the kind of thoughts you have when your stoned, especially how the ideas are all linked together.

Re: Powers Of Time
wow this way of teaching is brilliant. This is what i posted on the vid:
on top of this i would like to add: we are living faster and faster these days. Being lazy is a no-go. That's also why imo we play more games/ watch more movies/ watch more tv.
A good friend once explained me his theory on escapism. I think this has a great deal to do with this as well..
anyways this was a good vid and it makes a lot of sense!first time i see one of these video's. The way of teaching and visualizing is revolutionary! School should look into this stuff because it's very efficient, and people can put images on what they have to learn. this is good

"nicenice" on the SNHO:
When I first found this place I was like the fuck is this shit. Everytime I come back here I'm still like the fuck is this shit.

Re: Powers Of Time
Yer all the video games, internet and stuff feed peoples impatience. It was quite sad what he said about kids not wanting watches.2manynoobs wrote: on top of this i would like to add: we are living faster and faster these days. Being lazy is a no-go. But I wouldnt say being lazy is a no-go.. I think laziness is being excepted more and more.. Just as long as you appear to be doing something and have a decent social life.
Being peaceful/thoughtful is more of a 'no-go' in my opinion, its seen as too slow going for most people.

Re: Powers Of Time
I prefer to look at and keep marbles, they're purrdy! I quite like glass things, have a few ornamental glass objects that are probably horrendous to everyone elseWhosZena? wrote:I do. Just not as much as you guys.firky wrote:I like Zena's posts but she doesn't love the marble

Purple's my favourite colour, thought it needed a bit recognition.
