Does anyone have an idea of how this synth was made? It's not a sound I have tried playing with before and have no idea where to start building it to be honest!

All about the formant synths bebbeh... I replicated this as an example for my final year project, it's actually quite easy to do 
Just whack an oscillator in Massive to 'Formant' setting and turn the dial to full, I found using a Saw wave works best but I'm not entirely sure, do a spot of experimentation
