Burial

Post by nikedmands » Sat Jun 12, 2010 8:43 pm

Hi all, im new to the forum and im just after some new artists. I've recently become hooked on listening to Burial, i think what he does with music samples is unbelievable and just find his music strangely hypnotic more than anything. After a little research i then came across an artist called Shackleton, again who i cannot stop listening to now.

I was just after some more artist following the same sort of genre as those 2, any feedback will be great. Thanks

If you like Burial : Synkro & Clubroot are two artists with an elaborate repertoire you should check out
If you like Shackleton : check out Appleblim, Ramadanman & Peverelist.

Eleven Tigers :D

Very melancholic, grainy garage vibes. Some of the most Burial-like stuff since Burial.

you will probably listen to alot of things like you like in this thread but in my honest opinion you'll never find anything as nice as burial. this is something that everyone that listens to his beats has to come to terms with i think...
