My first ever...

Post by dice » Thu Feb 16, 2006 9:10 am

...dubstep mix!

I just hit record and played these records I just received the other day...not totally happy with the outcome...you'll notice some skips from the laptop cutting monitor power and some of the flow isn't right...but hey it's straight out the box to you!

Hope you will enjoy...

Link : dubstep volume 1 or mirror
Size : 59.03 MB
Length : 43 mins 3 secs 40 millisecs
Date : 15/02/2006

MPEG-1 Layer 3 (MP3)
Stereo 16 bit, 44.100 kHz, 192 kbps

01. skream - rottan - tempa
02. boxcutter - brood - hotflush <-- heavy tune!! But too heavy to have as a second in the mix..
03. skream - glamma - tempa
04. scuba - words - scuba
05. skream - i - tempa
06. mark one - plodder - contagious
07. d1 - degrees - tempa
08. toasty - angel - hotflush <-- here I enter an uptempo middlesection but not entirely convinced
09. digital mystikz - neverland - dmz
10. loafah & skream - 28g - tectonic
11. scuba - timba - scuba
12. d1 - i believe - soulja
--> plan on doing the toasty progression from here in my next mix!
13. search & destroy - killamanjaro - destructive
14. distance - empire - hotflush

well as you see, I have my own remarks put down already, any other feedback is more than welcome..seeing as this is new, uncharted territory for me!
