http://www.myspace.com/shekel7 just listen to his myspace its all basically the same sound and somehow he has an ep out. this is what pisses me off about brostep loads of people get releases with really shite tunes, but then you get people who make really quality sub driven tunes and they dont get any recognition

Definitely the problem! There's really something, most likely lack of any depth and substance whatsoever, about generic talentless noise that fits so well into mainstream culture. This results in this proportion of the the genre getting widely recognised and generalised onto the rest of the quality innovative music that's being created within dubstep music. People's attitudes toward dubstep now seem to be either; appreciative of what's misrepresenting dubstep, generalising it all as 'noise', or referring to it as boring upon hearing the original stuff. I personally prefered it when people were just doing the latter as you knew you were dealing with airheads who can't appreciate depth in music, but having to constantly see examples of people that write the whole genre and it's history off as irritating "noise" is so frustrating simply because of the amount of real talent it disregards. I've hardly actually met anyone who's listened to anything beyond mindless jump up gone too far and said they don''t like dubstep for genuine reasons such as, "i don't like it, it's just not my thing".
A musician must make music, an artist must paint, a poet must write, if he is to be ultimately at peace with himself. What a man can be, he must be.

Wub is fine
I just hate the subless wub.
Sub is good to go on its own.
But accompanied by a wub brings the illest shit.
