How do I automate pitch with the Combinator?

Post by nnny » Thu Aug 12, 2010 5:42 pm

Hey guys, sorry if this has been posted, I searched and could not find it.
Reason 4 problem:
Im wondering how to automate the pitch of my bass with Rotary 2 on the combinator. I figured out how to do this with the LFO Rate, but can't seem to do it with the pitch.

Cheers!

Either right click > automate on the pitch bend dial....or.....see diagram:

1. click show programmer
2. click on the device you wish to assign
3. select the rotary you wish to use and click the square next to it to select the Target
4. find pitch and select it. It'll probably be at the bottom.

Ghetto diagram is ghetto.

Or instead of pitch bend select 'Osc1(or Osc 2) semitone' instead of pitch bend if you're trying to be more precise.
