She went to the hospital complaining I broke her nose. They turned her away saying it was self-inflicted.

Stella used to be 5.2%, making it one of the stronger widely available 'commercial' lagers (ie, kronnie, heineken, export etc are 5%, then carling and carlsberg are about 3%)...

however, about six months ago they redesigned their cans and sneakily reduced their percentage to 5% (i know, only 0.2% diff, but still, makes a difference)

old 5.2% stella (look at bottom left corner)

This 55% beer should be drank in small servings whilst exuding an endearing pseudo vigilance and reverence for Mr Stoat. This is to be enjoyed with a weather eye on the horizon for inflatable alcohol industry sizan, judgemental washed up neo-prohibitionists or any grandiloquent, ostentatious foxes.

Still 5.2 here. But most of the commercial beers (and the other ones too really) are 5+ here

Point is it tastes of sweet f' all. If all you want to do is get pissed out of your head there's cheaper ways to do it.

Yea views on that are different in every country. Technically it isn't beer but for pilsener (probably the same as lager) it is quite strong.
But it's defintely no Houblon Chouffe, I think that's about 8/9%.

Funny post btw :)

The thing is, in england, its not uncommon for blokes to drink 15 pints of this in a night. And for some reason, it definatly makes me want to headbutt anyone that looks at me funny. :u:

Love Stella. Especially for the culture and stereotypes that worship it.
