Liquid Shards, the title track of the release is nothing less than brilliant. A haunting anthem, with awesome melodies and a body moving groove. Certainly one you don’t want to be without.
Next up is “Subscat”. Another classic Callan Maart tune packed full of melody and well crafted grooves. This track is as much down tempo as it is up. Another excellent example of this young producers’ talent.
Third in line is “The Master”. On a slightly more upbeat tempo with cheeky use of vocals and a killer bass line, there is nothing much else to say except another great tune.
Last up is “Bassbin Butterfly” which steps up the tempo even more and gives a hint of an electro vibe with a sliding bass line, yet still holds onto its melodic roots. A perfect tune to wrap up a beautiful trip through dubstep.
