Plastician//Digital Mystikz//Appleblim... TONIGHT!!! BRISTOL

Post by point-blanc » Mon Feb 26, 2007 9:41 pm

**STOP PRESS** FALLOUT presents a night of bass-pressure **STOP PRESS**

Friday 9th March @ the newly revamped Soho Bristol

PLASTICIAN - Radio 1 // Terrorythm // Rephlex

DIGITAL MYSTIKZ - DMZ // Subloaded

WEDGE b2b w/ GATEKEEPER - H.E.N.C.H // Skull Disco // SubFM

APPLEBLIM b2b w/ POINT-BLANC [Minimal, Dubbed-Out and Bass-Heavy set] Skull Disco // the thing is...

PLUS Armada provides an extra 10k of sound to ensure you'll feel the bass in your chest through a bullet-proof vest!

Bit of a late appearance on this one. Cancel your haircut, get the neighbour to help your mum out of the bath, tell the missus you've got gonorrhea - do what you must to be there. This one's gonna be heavier than that bloke on bodyshock last night!

Plastician - Few words are needed for this man. Some were muttered in hushed tones when he dropped Rinse FM to don the Radio 1 cap, but there's a simple reason he moved to bigger airspace: the guy is the fucking don. Guaranteed to smash the dancefloor with an endless hard-drive, packed with digital dubplates. Get ready for a grime-tinged bass party!

Digital Mystikz - Warming up for DMZ's 2nd birthday bash, the Mystikz bag is sure to be bursting with the dubplate pressure contained within. Expect customarily bass-driven, skanktastic riddims from the dubstep heavyweights. Mash-up the dance each and every - or as they like to put it "come meditate on the bass weight"

Appleblim - Fresh from the Skull Disco Germany mini-tour, Appleblim teams up with Point-Blanc to share his bounty from Berlin's musical Mecca - Hard Wax, where he met the likes of Rhythm & Sound and Ricardo Villalobos. Showing us another side of the bass line, expect a mish-mash of dub, reggae, minimal and simple bass-bin teasing!

Wedge & Gatekeeper - With releases both imminent and instore for both of these Bristol headz the world is waking-up to their respective stylistic brands of dubstep. Both of these boys have been pushing their PCs to the max of late, and regular appearances on SubFM and at the H.E.N.C.H nights ensure that they'll be brimming with fresh plates from Bristol and beyond.

Small Print:
10pm - 3am :: £5 b4 11 // £7 after :: Free shot of laughing gas on entry :: @ Soho (formerly bar Latino) - St. Stephens Street, just off Corn Street Bristol

General uselessness - I just felt pooped after a long week. :(
