Grasp the outside of that arm with your opposite hand.

Stand erect with feet slightly apart.
Inhale and extend arms straight out to the sides.
Exhale, and cross arms in front of your with the right arm over the left arm.
Repeat, going the other way with the left arm over the right arm.

Feel the stretch all through your shoulder girdle.

Image
Place a chair in front of you or use a high counter.
Bend forward and place hands on edge of chair or counter.
Inhale.
Exhale and twist your torso to one side.
Repeat with the other side.
Feel the stretch all along the outside of your shoulder.

Image

Turn other palm backward.

well, that would seem to be pc speak, im using a mac.
slowly. slowly. slowly, he is learning. you can 'save as' in safari, but i all i get is an mp3 looking icon, which actually doesnt contain any actual information.
surely its an easy, 'one click away' type thing, im just not in the know...
thanks for the reply dubway
