[BOS] 11/20/2010 Eoto @ The Paradise
[BOS] 11/20/2010 Eoto @ The Paradise
The Brain Trust presents Eoto. Eoto will be back in Boston again, at the paradise. The Paradise is Newly renovated and which means more room for dancing. Come check the show out.
EOTO is a two man group comprised of Michael Travis and Jason Hann. The duo, known primarily for their ability to fuse acoustic and electronic sounds, boasts 100% live improvisational dubstep; a frontier that has yet to be fully discovered. Their use of percussional and DJ techniques have attracted mass critical acclaim from the likes of Jambase.com, who describes Travis as a “pioneer in the art of modern improvisational jam-rock drumming.” Hosted on November 20th by The Brain Trust LLC at the Paradise Rock Club, EOTO is sure to have a packed room sweating profusely by the end of the night. As Relix magazine describes their newest EP, “Fire The Lazers!! is a snapshot of [EOTO] doing what they do in the studio—totally jacked and funky keyboard and synth lines bump hips with drums, bass and guitar with nothing pre-recorded. The music itself is always changing; the need to shake your butt is constant.” Be sure to check out EOTO on November 20th hosted by the Brain Trust LLC at the Paradise Rock Club and reinvent your definition of what makes electronic music.

EOTO is definitely live dubstep now, they've been moving towards that sound for the last couple years
Re: [BOS] 11/20/2010 Eoto @ The Paradise
Thanks TBT I had no idea that this once grungy hippy jam band, that had really wholesome, organic, talented vibes circa 2008, turned into a steaming pile of shit, aka FILTHY, MINDLESS WOBBLE that the equally mindless fanbase eats up.
