Words from Rich Reason:

Yes yes everyone....

It was on this week 4 years ago that HIT&RUN started in MANCHESTER in one floor of Po Na Na. It has steadily evolved through 5 different clubs, with sporadic one-offs dotted here and there elsewhere around this fine city.

We have been so lucky to have such a great group of friends who have supported the night through many a cold Monday evening whether as musicians, enthusiastic souls or unorthodox ravers. Thankyou!

Hope you can come to celebrate with us for a line-up that comes from the heart, we have really tried to pull out a line-up that will provide a killer soundtrack (some of which will be caught and edited by our friend Dr Treehorn).

It is also happens to be Al Sonar's 30th birthday part 1..... expect the very best in deep, dark, liquidy-funky tunes all night on the middle floor.

Quality entertainment across 3 floors and a strict limit on tickets as well strive to make it the best night possible - pretty much dead-on a sellout if we are to break even. Please support!

Erm, with lineups like this I think it's your duty to send teleportation devices stateside as a mandatory action during your promo campaign.

sort the fucking bouncers out. excessive would be an understatement. area 51 was so much better.

Area 51 is shut. And I got far more complaints each week about the bouncers there than the one's at Fac... that is not to say that every week I ask the bouncers to be as friendly and chilled as possible. I am not their boss however.

I think people need to accept that any club environment will have its cons... we just try and do everything that we have 100% control over as good as possible. The sound, the DJs, the promo and the price of the ticket....
