Yes!
Listened to 'Everything's a Ripple' for about a week solid when I first got it :). Still one of my favourite albums

Just this comes off as a total gimmick. It's not actually very interesting to listen to. People just go "oooh look at what he can do"

I dont love it or anything, but cant you respect the skills that are going on there and just think.. "Yeh thats cool." Fair enough if you cant i just find it weird.

Yeah. that's what I mean. You go yeah that's kind of impressive

and that's it. You don't want to listen to it as music though

it's a party trick

"wow he makes dubstep with his mouth!"

yeah but it's shit.

lol at some people trying to dissect the technicalities behind his music, or calling his music a party trick..
truth is he's just a regular bloke travelling the world busking - the amount of publicity he has got is astounding, but that's relative to his raw vocal talent
sounds like he needs to come back to Australia where he is genuinely appreciated ;)

how the hell is it gimmicky? These are proper, recorded live-off-the-street songs that sound as if they were made in a studio. Plus he has a fantastic singing voice. Honestly If I saw something like this walking down the street it would totally make my day.

That's my point. It should stay on the street.

It's something that might catch your attention for a second if you walked by it but really it's not very impressive as it just sounds a bit shit
