we could organize it like the production bible, and how would we edit everything to put them in the right catagorys, would we need to be handed some special powers from the mods?

I'm down. Though my recipes may not work as i always cook by eye. I have no idea about quantities so i will have to estimate.
Rekah you should go first though being the OP.

i shamefully nick recipes from the bbc website, but sometimes when im being creative i just make something of the top of my head so its not really a recipe lol, id volunteer myself to edit it and sort it out in catagoreys though if we get granted some power

actually i do have a recipe :D

salt and pepper chicken

ingredients

300g breaded chicken ( i just use chicken goujons )
1-2 onion
1 green pepper
4-5 gloves garlic
3-4 chillis red and green
salt
pepper
half-1 teaspoon sugar

1. put the chicken in the oven and get that cooking while your frying the other shit
2. put 4tbsp oil in the pan, put on moderate heat,
3. chop onions and pepper into small pieces and put in the pan
4. chop the chillis, depends how hot you want it, i normally use 3 of them and take the seeds out, put the chillis and garlic in the pan when the onions and peppers are soft
5. keep on stiring the rest of it until it goes a goldy colour
6. when golden and the sugar and pepper
7. when the chicken is crispy add that to the pan and keep stiring it
8. add more oil if needs be just make sure the chicken is smothered in the veg and spices and stuff
9. if it needs more flavour maybe add more sugar, garlic, salt and pepper. you could add some chinese 5 spices if you have some
10. i always find that the chicken has the best flavour when the veg has caramelised and kind of burnt
11. serve up and enjoy

i can tell you how to make proper salt n pepper chicken wings (not to steal ya thunder ya heard!)

get a loada chicken wings, boil em in water and season the water with a mix of celery salt and onion salt with a few quarters of white onion thrown in aswell

take them out and leave them to dry completely

use the same mixture of celery salt and onion salt and white pepper (has to be white) and coat the chicken wings, use a light oil, get up to 200degrees (or over) and fry the chicken wings. whilst frying chicken wings (they're already cooked remember, just fry them to get them crispy), chop up chilli's, garlic, spring/salad onion onion, flash fry them with a few dashes of dark soy and pour over top of chicken wings. add some more seasoning to the garlic/chilli/onion mix if you want aswell.

the seasoning is key.

boom - Salt n Pepper chicken wings. one thing to know about chinese cooking is they use white pepper instead of black.
