not feeling boring soul/funk samples and overused drum breaks. i think roc marciano's album is still the best rap album of 2010 so far. havent checked out the Gangrene album with oh no and alc yet though, that should be crazy.

i'm surprised roc actually managed to survive this long out of all flipmode (with the exception of busta). those people were doomed from the get go.

lord have mercy was dope too...shame his album got shelved.

boring soul/funk samples? isn't that what rap's about? sampling?

samplings a big part of rap music, yes, i just think the samples used on the 3 tracks you posted are boring and run of the mill.
