I'm a novice producer, and even newer to producing dubstep. There are a couple of things I'd really like to see improve in this track:
1. A better build up to the drop. I basically tried to emulate the typical buildups I hear in songs by datsik and the like
2. A stronger wobble. I use fl studio, and I made the wobble with sytrus and the fruity fast lp. And right now all the wobbles are quarter notes (or 16ths) but I'd like to learn how to put them in triplets too
any other feedback would be greatly appreciated

Re: Hey guys help me with this track
good concept, like the keys. I would turn up your snare and percussion... maybe a high pass filter on those as well (I use the Fruity 7 band EQ for all of this as for the bass filtering). Also i would try to clean up the bassline by separating the sub and whatever modulation is on there then filter those both accordingly cut the low end out on the modded bline and cut out the highs on the sub possibly boost the low end- may not need a boost it sounds like its clipping a bit now might want to try turning it down a touch..... as for making the bass triplets, you could make your bass with the 3x Osc... turn all the waves the sine then play it in a very low key.... lfo can be controlled in the INS tab of the channel settings toward the bottom of the box you can mess with the lfo settings.... be sure to play with the amount knob (AMT) and i would turn the attach (ATT) knob all the way down to start... as for getting your triplets that would be the speed knob (SPD) if you play around with this enough you should be able to do much more with lfos... also you can hit any of the other tabs toward the top of the same box for pitch/cut/res/ect. and basically do the same stuff, you will result with some interesting sounds. hope that helps... have a listen to some of my new beats im working on if you got a second www.soundcloud.com/logwad

Honestly most of the things you said went way over my head, I obviously need to do my homework before I try producing another track. Do you primarily use FL Studio when producing, or do you use other DAWs too?
I listened to a few of your tracks, what genre would you say they belong to? I liked the beginning of Basslines, what samples did you use to make that track?

If you're try to figure out wobbles the production board has tons of info. Also the Work In Progress thread is a really good source for feedback.
