I need monitors but planning on getting a sub later on when I have mroe cash.
My question then is should I be worried about the frequency that my main monitors go down to if Im going to be getting a sub to take care of the lower end anyway?
for instance, is there any point in getting monitors that go down to 50 instead of 70?
cheers
question about monitors low end to go with subwoofer

Re: question about monitors low end to go with subwoofer
Not particularly. It can be nice to have monitors with a decent low end response so as to listen to your mix downs without a sub to see if your low end is audible without one, which may or may not be an issue for the music you're making, but worth being aware of.
