I donno. definitely doesn't seem like he was shooting to kill i guess, just cause how sucky the shots were. I dont know what he planed to fix though by bringing a gun in there.

I can see why you would say this. The truth is most gun crimes in the U.S. are committed with black market weapons. Out of the quarter of a billion registered guns in America, only 5-7% are used in violent crime. I think instead of looking at the guns as the problem. We should be taking a closer look at the american psyche and why we are so quick to pull a trigger. Canada has more registered firearms than the U.S. and a smaller population. Their yearly gun death count is practically non existant.

you've completely missed the point of what he's saying. to use the old saying: guns don't kill people, people do. owning a gun doesn't necessarily have to make it any more likely to shoot someone than not owning one; but having the kind of mentality that it's acceptable to do so will. probably somewhere close to 100% of people worldwide own a sharp knife, but in some countries knife crime is a lot higher than it is in others and that's down to mentality, and other social conditions specific to that country

wtf are you on about?

do you really think that on the news they're going to show footage of someone blowing their brains out? i swear you could probably find a conspiracy if you looked hard enough at the bottom of your shoe

i didn't comment on the utter stupidity of that woman. itt wasn't even brave what she did - had she gone at him with a chair or something then that may have actually done some good but risking being shot to flap at someone with a handbag? :u:

having a knife makes it DAMN easier to stab someone than not having one, but you don't see everyone going around stabbing each other do you?

obviously it's easier to shoot someone if you've got a gun but there's a big difference between it being possible to do something and actually going ahead and doing it, and it's the causes behind the latter that needs addressing. banning guns to stop shootings would be like banning sex to stop the spread of aids
