Previous post already pointed out where you went wrong.

Also, I hate to be the guy to shatter your dreams - but you need to produce some more before you pick up a label. You've got an original sound that I can see, and that's good - but you need more practise.

aaah, seems i misread rule 3 of the extremely simple rules! didn't know there were threads already set up for this kind of thing. fair pop, i look like a right bellend now.
is it worth me asking you to elaborate on your constructive criticism, amphibian? or should i start that post from scratch in the other thread?

Your additional requests are really fucking you right now. I suggest you read and follow the rules, before you respond again. Be sure to read the rules of any other thread you come across as well, or face the consequence of being a complete douche bag. So as long as your done mis-reading, or not reading at all, you'll have no excuse for future mistakes of this nature, right? One further note is not to argue with those that enforce the rules in the feedback thread you so desperately seek. This will only bring the harshness out in those that follow the rules.

I like the playful nature of your track (21 seconds?) but its clear you need to brush up on your production skills some more. For example, drums sound like you wanted something big but you ended up overprocessing them and they are not as clear and defined as they should be. Also I think your bassline is fighting for space with the drums. Dont know if you use any sidechaining...

thanks for that mate, that's exactly the kind of thing i wanted to know! i don't use any sidechaining, because i use renoise to produce most of my stuff and last time i checked it didn't support sidechaining. maybe v2.5 does though? i'll look into it.

also, i've had problems with that particular tune on some PA systems. depending on the system, after the drop the whole tune sounds really compressed. i'm thinking it could be some rogue low frequencies making the club's compressor go mental, but i'm not sure! and without my own PA to test it on it's gonna be a loooong game of trial and error.
