benga and skream show rinse fm 08/12/10 -tune names ?

just wondering if anyone was listening to that show on the wednesday. i listened to it live and i downloaded the show as a mp3 file because benga played some absolute bangers and theres one in particular i loved and cant get enough of it.
if anyone has got that mp3 file the same as me and listened to to it, the tune comes in at 28:56 and ends at 31:16
he said its on technique recordings ....i checked there site and no news on future release dates of this song
if it helps its got the lyrics "im tryna run u down but we running at the same speed hunny" "im tryna touch the ground....but you'll never have somebody"thats all i got if anyone has any ideas hit me up and let me know !!!!
