Would also like to know a few names. First that came to mind was Vivek but it's not really that similair, his stuff doesn't
have the breakcore influences.

Yeah, mos def Milanese. Not strictly dubstep 'cause he is all over the bpm spectrum, but he still retains a bit of that feel.
And he can get downright crazy.
