What do you use to manage your music?

So I decided I would finally start sorting/tagging all of my music.. I have about 100GBs of music to go through.. I want to make sure I have the best program for this as possible. (I'll be tagging manually)

So I'm sure a lot of you have tons of music that needs to be sorted and tagged.. What programs do you use for that?
