Midi Controller

I need a new midi device.

Preferable i want one very similar to this one: http://www.roland.com/products/en/PCR-300/

I want it to have knobs, pads, key and a crossfader... this is the only one i have found currently.

Anybody know of any others with this configuration, or any ways to get 2 or 3 different midi controllers that do the same job for the same price? or cheaper?

yeah looks good, but i want a crossfader on it for mixing :P
