MAC for live play
I've noticed, and it's not a small percentage, but actually almost everyone who plays live music, runs it off of a MAC. Of course, being me and my elitist win7fag-ness, why do people chose MACS for music production. Is there some sort of musical benefit or just convince & compatibility? I'm sure this has been discussed elsewhere but I was never quite sure of this.

Re: MAC for live play
If your playing live you don't really want anything to go wrong, and the chances of anything to do with Microsoft working for longer than an hour is quite unlikely
(from my experience). Also even though it doesn't achieve anything i think Apple looks so much better.

I use a mac because I like the environment better. And like Krew said, you don't want ANYTHING to go wrong. Windows just isn't reliable enough for me.
