Post by DjMiLo » Sun Apr 17, 2011 9:31 pm

I'm somewhat new to making dubstep so I need some feedback and I will try to do the same. Thanks!

Agree with shroomhead1. I't seems a bit flat throughout. could use some more fx/tweaks, Great potential tough! keep em coming :)

sounding good. maybe layer the snare a bit. drop the bass down an octave in the synth parts. go over the levels on the drums and maybe add a few more effects (delay, reverb etc) to fill space.

bigups!

Great over all track. Like some said before me, maybe compress the basses a little to even them out. You might add a little boost in the high-range freqs on the basses as well to add some crispy!

One other thing, and this may very well just be me, but that pad that runs throughout that sounds like it is side-chained to a 4/4 kick made the bass verses seem a little jumbled at times. Like a conflicting rythm. I'll mark where I mean on your soundcloud.

Like I said though, I like the track, especially the way you fit the vocals in there! Excellent melody and structure! Keep up the good work!

Maybe thicken the snare a bit and check the mix lvls on the drums but overall sounds good

keep up the good work
