Not really seeing much of it here, so I thought I'd post this up. tickets for this band's shows are between $10 and $30, whereas sold out tickets can go up to $100+ on craigslist.
people around me fucking love it.... i really dont get it tho because it sounds to me like adult contemporary with a single LFO'd fabfilter patch... but yeah, people like it for whatever reason.
I saw them live and I thought they were pretty tight. Dubstep? Eh not really but I like what they're doing. It's different from many things that I have seen. Of course the trolls here would hate on them.

I know a lot of people who are into them, and maybe this was a one off 'jam session' where it didn't come together... but I watched a couple other videos of EOTO live and I just don't get it. Then again, I'm not into all that neo-hippie stuff.

hey i get it...everybody has different tastes in music. i listen to some pretty cheesy stuff (not like string cheese...no pun)
i think it's hilarious that a middle aged jamband can have a sustainable sideproject such as eoto and make as much as they do playing to fairly large crowds (by american edm standards, at least).

Same here. Washington Avenue Armory right?
Indeed. I'll be the one wearing the black shirt that says "UFO's are real, the government doesn't exist". If you see me, come say hi! (unless you'd rather not be seen with someone wearing such a ridiculous shirt)
I'm also going to the after-party at the afterparty at Valentine's with Higher Organix and Timbre Coup, not the other one.

"There is a lot of tension in the music that carries a satisfactory darkness with it, but it's also lazy music. You don't have to dance hard to move with it. It was born with a reefer in it's gob."
