AKG Scholarship of Sound

I just thought I'd share the knowledge on this gem of a course/scholarship that's coming up. I may be a little slow on the uptake on here though. Has anyone else applied because applications have been open since Feb now! Only a week or something left! The video is sweet!

I make house and techno. Of the deeper variety, and occasionally I get deep in to some dubstep/ambient sounds too. I think I'll be going for a more experimental angle though as it seems like a course for really forward thinking musicians in electronic music.

Anyway, that was just a heads up for everyone. No idea if anyone will read this lol! But if you do let me know

It's in Berlin, but it's an all expenses paid trip for a week, should you be one of the lucky 10(I think) winners. The video just shows what one of the masterclasses will be about. In fact their facebook fan page has a few more vids, which I've been following to keep up to date with. The website probably explains it better though - http://www.scholarshipofsound.com/ . I just submitted mine now, so hopefully I'll here back from them!

Is that why you've started identical threads on SoundOnSound, GearSlutz, KVR, IDM and FutureProducers?

Or could it be that you're just spamming?

Mang, what is up with these guys?
I have no idea whether or not my application has been recieved on their end, and there seems to be no-one to contact in regards to queries about the Scholarship... only if i want to buy headphones.

If anyone can shed light, or if anyone has recieved a confirmation email from AKG, would love to know...
