I stayed in pula. Campsite would have annoyed me and it's a nice town. Went out to eat calamari constantly (I also stayed there for 10 days).
This year I'm not sure yet. Kind of want to stay out there even longer but a lot of my mates don't even know if they are going yet.

Didn't know this, interesting. Pretty sure my mates are booked in at the hostel though.
Me and my lass stayed in an apartment in Stinjan last year, was beast but they are all sold out this year so were gunna camp for 8 days in Croatia, few days before the fest and 1 day after and then head over to Venice for a few days, catch the sights an' that. Properly looking forward to it.
If anyone else is camping make sure to get in touch, wouldn't mind pitching up with some ninjas, pretty sure my girlfriend won't mind too.

Camping is the way forward! Was awesome last year. Yes you don't get to sleep loads but you are at a festival, sleeping is for when you get back dammit. Plus it is a trek to apartments.
Don't know about the hostel but I can't imagine you getting more peace in that than in a tent. At least its your own private space

Its a festival of course this is the case. I will be surreptitiously hiding amongst them blending in perfectly

Dunno, it just seemed especially bad. Maybe it was just cause I was abroad then suddenly bumped into it but the idea of traveling all that way to be surrounded by an outdoor version of shoreditch isn't that appealing.
Being amongst croations for the days either side of the festival was nice and we went off to some beaches and stuff too that had fuck all people at them.

I wanted to get in the on site hostel but it sold out, definitely camping now, dont want to have to get taxis or buses backwards and forwards everytime you forget something!

It just goes to show how two people can perceive a single reality soo differently. I noticed a minimal amount of 'Nathan barley types' on the campsite last year and that's where I was stayin..... Fuck! Maybe I'M a Nathan barley type.
*Goes and checks*
Phew, no i'm still a badman!

Is anyone else hoping the elevation in ticket price is because they're sending all the burger bar crews on intensive food hygiene courses?
Was crazy bad last year.
