try just keeping a straight pattern. go with kick on the 1 of every measure and put 4 hi hats in every measure. then change it up and add another kick in or something

The kick and snare seem to fall at totally random places... Not crazy about the singing either. This sounds like you tried to remake the track, instead of a remix or something. Sorry if this sounds harsh.

I wasnt singing, and that isnt James Blake, I couldn't find an accapella, so I found a cover..
