An independently run festival Redfest returns for fifth year and runs over Friday 22nd and Saturday 23rd July 2011, returning once again to Robins Cook Farm, Redhill, Surrey. Redfest will give festival goers the opportunity to discover some of the best up and coming local and national acts before they go stellar.

Ed Sheeran, The Qemists, The Tunics, Hold Your Horse Is are amongst the first acts confirmed. The 2-day music festival features live performances on The Main Stage and The Introducing Stage and DJs playing till 2am in the FreshEra Dance Tent. Tickets
Early bird tickets are no longer available. Tickets are on sale priced at £45 for the weekend with free camping and parking, day tickets and children's ticket will be available at a later date. Under 5's go free, 5 to 13's need a childrens ticket £15 for the weekend, 14's and over need a full priced ticket. To buy tickets click here.


On site
The festival also has late bars, camping, good food and drink, market stalls and a vintage fun fair. Gates open 09.00 Friday 22nd July and the site closes Sunday 24th July 14.00


Getting there
If travelling to the festival by bus or rail there is a bus link to the site from Redhill station. Catch the number 435 bus from Redhill Station to Spencers Way, Whitebushes, then a short walk to the site. Road Runners taxi office is opposite Redhill train station and they'll do a taxi from there to the site for a special price of around £5.

REDFEST will be hosting a warm-up party at Liquid & Envy Redhill on the 16th June, headlining the night will be one of the worlds biggest dubstep acts NERO. Nero’s debut dubstep release, ‘This Way’, became one of the biggest dubstep tunes of 2008 and is still selling big units across the world. Since then, Nero’s consistent releases have made them one of the most talked about acts in dubstep. Their remix of the Streets’ tune ‘Blinded by the Lights’ was a massive radio hit as well as a dancefloor smasher played by DJ’s from Chase and Status and Skream to Tiesto and Diplo. More recently Nero have remixed La Roux and Deadmau5 to devastating effect.
