looks big- but I can never download from links like that (work computer), is it something to do with pop ups being blocked??

Good old quicktime.

You can change that in the options of your browser so it downloads instead of playing in quicktime, you can in Firefox anyway...

If you're using firefox go to Tools -> Options -> Content, then under file types click "manage", locate MP3 in the list of file types and then clcik on "change action". Now you just need to set it to "save them on my computer".

After I've just typed all of that out...have you tried right clicking and choosing "save as..."?
