I made this between last night and this morning and just figured I'd post it up to get a response. I'm not really sure what to categorize this under. So, here!

Re: Kind of a weird track I made
Bump.
If anyone would like to throw in any tips on mix/mastering, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It should be called "bbb dance" or skank.

Re: Kind of a weird track I made
I like the rhythm, good pace to it - got a soca feel to it in terms of programming. Think you're over relying on the midrange bass riff a little bit too much for the track to be truly interesting though. Needs a few more elements being introduced and maybe a switch up in rhythm on the back end of the tune.
Re: Kind of a weird track I made
Thanks! I'll work on that idea. This is the first thing I've made in ableton so I'm still kind of feeling it out.
Re: Kind of a weird track I made
You've got a strong starting point, fair play. Have a fiddle with the elements I've mentioned above, and feel free to drop me a PM should you make any changes
