Just a quick big up for Tom from Red Eye Records.

Ordered Roots Of Dubstep on CD, got sent Roots Of El-B (easy mistake to make). Kept Roots Of El-B anyway, sick CD that I didn't have, re-ordered Roots Of Dubstep and got sent Ringo Recordings - Swarf Pot compilation with it for free! Massive thanks!

Yes red eye have excellent customer service, never had a problem with them! Vinyl always comes quickly to!

they're all top blokes. any issues i've had have been resolved quickly, usually within 24h. been using them almost exclusively for years.

i once ordered a couple of records from there and one of the sleeves were a bit damaged.
So they gave me an additional record by Kutz and wrote me a handwritten note, telling me they were sorry about the sleeve

I ordered one of those dodgy promised land bootlegs and it jumped on both 'drops'... terrible pressing!!!! Asked red eye if I could swap it for another one... it was the last one they had so just let me choose anything else I wanted as compensation. Amazing service as that then came the next day!

By the way I'm selling a rare white label bootleg of promised land, only played once...
