glastonbury aftermath

Post by finji » Mon Jun 27, 2011 9:57 pm

Anyone here go? i'm thinking of you firky

I enjoyed it, though even people like julio bashmore/jamie xx are falling into the trap of just doing 4/4 club music to suit the masses and not playing anything interesting :u:

Youngsta was definitely on point, though i missed alot of his set due to diversions and general crowds, a load of gurning ket heads in the venue haha.

i was stewarding this year, i was working on the ribbon tower during radiohead... we had to close the tower coz there were too many people there so it was just me and my mate sam at the top with the best view that anyone there could possibly have had

gutted i missed youngsta though, i'd only just finished my shift and wouldnt have got there in time

youngsta donned it. First time i've seen him and i was blown away. Roteks vip and Badman vip were too much! Crazy breakdancing geezers were pretty funny too, definately surreal.

Missed Youngsta, but caught CRST and Zed Bias playing some lovely UKG in London Underground on Saturday night.

Big Boi was awesome.

Also, having to go back home and work a shift at Waitrose all say saturday and then returning to the festival saturday night was shit too.

Yesss... I was there for the end of The Hub on Saturday... we got into the Underground early, so were out in time for a bit of Shy FX. I wandered out before when Breakage was on, but it sounded a bit broey... :|

You need a proper ticket in 2013 mate!
