Just a brief message to let you all know that a new music/culture website has been launched from the far away land of New Zealand!

The Power of Sound will bring you our perspective of the people we feel are making waves through the different scenes of underground music, both locally and overseas.


We will be bringing you:

_Monthly interviews and guest mixes/mixtapes from up and coming musicians to come on the first day of every month

_In depth music reviews and critique on recent releases

_Articles about the culture surrounding underground music
(such as interviews with the founders of local nights | record store/label owners)

_Regular mixes from our team at the Power of Sound

In the lead up to our launch we gave away FOUR tunes exclusive to the Power of Sound, all from New Zealand producers covering FOUR different genres of music. You can download these for free from here:
