Does this sound any better?
Those who have been helping me I really appreciate it. My question now is, does this mix sound better? I sidechained the kick to the subs, reqed the first synth, and basically just ran a hard limiter on the mix, I didnt run it through the multiband compressor this time.
Let me know what you think.

Re: Does this sound any better?
It's getting there, but needs a couple steps in the same direction. All the big dirty sounds are still too loud. Volume =/= power. Dial them back and EQ much more of the harshness out. You can still have a mix that is aesthetically harsh without being so much so that it sounds in error; you want to encourage people to turn this up.
Running it only through the limiter as opposed to the compressor and the limiter is probably a step backwards. By the time it's done and mastered, it will probably have both on it, but you need to set the thresholds, attacks and releases for all this AFTER you have a good mix going. Maybe you should post an unmastered version of this track so we can hear and give you better advice on the mix?

also, fuck it, if you send me stems I can mix this in the next couple days and show you what I mean. If you want to do this, let me know.
Re: Does this sound any better?
the drums sound better, but I think the synth you are using is just really noisy and messy. I would just reprogram that main synth to be less hissy
