getting your dubstep album signed

hi there, I'm a dubstep producer, (not sure if Im aloud to give out my soundcloud like in here), but anyway, Can someone tell me, how does work, I've got some cool tracks, how can I start selling it?

Really doubt you'l get an album deal just like that... send to labels you think suit the vibe of your music.

Network, send out tracks, shamelessly plug your music. If you're very lucky and your music is good someone will take notice and a track or two may get a release. Start thinking about an album a good few years later.

I've tried alot of labels and they all tell me, they want people with real talent, those who can sing or play a instrument, <Warner music group :i:
and a big dance label in my country told me, Dubstep is not that big in the market, ................but all the clubs play it so.... wtf..lol :a:
and the rest of the other labels never reply :roll:

I think starting at Warner Music is a bit out of reach mate, are there any local labels around that aim to showcase electronic music in South Africa? Look around. If it's good enough, somebody will want to put it out!

just send music to (independent) dubstep labels, even the big dubstep producers don't get releases on Warner and such.
You said that dubstep is being played at a lot of clubs in South Africa, I'm sure there must be some labels there then.

yea Dubstep is big in South Africa, and still growing hectic, u say independent dubstep labels, hmmm i dont know such a thing? I've got a label of my own, and its pretty much useless tho :i:

Independent labels have a long history of signalling developments in popular music, stretching back to the post-war period in the United States.[2] Disputes with major labels about publishing led to a proliferation of labels specializing in country, jazz, and blues.
