Remix copyright issues!

yo! wassup!
the subjecht here is i have just finished remixing xzibit paparazzi. I am not sure weather i can upload this due to copyright issues. Does anyone know what i would have to scroll down in a description to a youtube video to prevent myself from ting in big trouble???? i presume that its gonna have to say something about an unnoficial remix????

help would be wicked people! big ups to the dubstep community!!!!

It doesn't matter what you type in the description, YouTube will remove it if it gets flagged or the label complains, but you aren't going to get sued. Unless you are getting major hits, it'll probably stay up.

Also, there is probably a "Yo dawg" joke in here somewhere but it's too damn early for me to see it.

I'm sure there's a lot of other remixes of it on youtube, or his other tunes, check those out for reference.
Still "illegal" no matter what you do really, but yeah youtube would just remove it, it's up to the actual publisher/label to file legal papers though, and I doubt anyone would unless you have some links to purchase it.
There's about 2 million random dubstep remixes of huge pop songs, so I wouldn't worry.

My skrillex remix got taken down and I am pretty pissed about that but everybody else's skrillex remixes on youtube are still up there it bonkers :P
