Sound cart or amplifier for DT 990 Pro

Hello everybody, I'm going to buy Beyerdynamic DT 990 Pro headphones,but it has 250ohm and my laptop is very weak for them (it sounds very quiet). So my question is: What I should buy? External soundcart?Or headphone amplifier? Thank you for any advices!
