I always thought the DJ-Kicks and Massive Attack Remix Album was just internet bullshit, but then when tracks surface, you have to wonder.

Why didn't they happen in the end, did we ever find out?

Don't really get it. Sounds awesome (DRUMS), but where did it originate? I mean, it sounds totally like Burial, how comes it's tagged and posted on Flying Lotus' page?

It's a Fly Lo tune that was meant to be in the Burial DJ Kicks mix

Daddy G said Burial was gonna remix the album 'Protection', later on he said he was bullshitting. Interestingly I can't find the article where he comes clean... maybe I'm bullshitting

As for the Burial remixes of Massive Attack's later material, doubt those will see the light of the day anytime soon.
