If by bein smarter you mean not kicking someones head in for looking at you sideways and not harassing women and then throwing up all over the place yeah! But if you mean smarter as in I've got a three hour written exam tomorrow and a job interview then no siree.

It's not just being pacified, it's seeing things differently because of a difference between the brain chemistry of a drunk person and a stoned person, weed shuts off less of your brain.
