SO as the title describes it, everytime I export anything out of cubase it's volume is reallly low. But in Cubase it's perfect. What do I do?

That's definitely your problem.Cadaver wrote:no 6.02
First, your master output should be peaking at 0dB to avoid clipping, and if you're going for the ideal mixdown with ample headroom, I suggest your mix all your individuals tracks to where your master output is peaking at -6dB. You shouldn't even need to adjust the levels of your master bus unless you were doing fades or other out of the ordinary things.
Additionally, you should take a good look at this thread, http://www.dubstepforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=74832 , as it would answer a lot of your questions in regards to quality of the production/sound etc. At least, I know it answered a lot of my questions.
Finally, teach yourself early in your production career (now) to mixdown for quality first as opposed to loudness, as months even years of bad practice/behavior takes time to undo.

It might, in other conditions, also have to do with the volume differences in ASIO and regular windows drivers... Programs like iTunes or WMP use regular drivers that conform to the volume level of the PC, set in the system tray you know what I mean. ASIO bypasses that volume... So if your volumes is at like 10/100 in that systemtray thing it will obviously sound really soft haha. But I'm assuming that isn't your problem due to not having the same problem with Reason
